About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile financial transactions
- Prepare and review financial reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Provide administrative support for firm operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Extensive QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience required
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with cloud-based applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven resourcefulness in finding solutions to complex problems
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines
