Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks, including document preparation, database updates, and communication management. Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships, and ensuring their accounting needs are met.
  • Ensuring all accounting documentation is accurately profiled, organized, and easily accessible.
  • Updating and maintaining client records, handling onboarding, offboarding, and closure of clients, including write-offs.
  • Managing various databases, profiling documents according to naming conventions, and preparing/send documents for electronic signing (Adobe e-Sign).

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, executive assistant, accounting administration or a related field.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping procedures and best practices a plus.
  • Proficiency with accounting software such as XERO a plus.
  • Good knowledge of spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in data entry and maintaining databases.
