Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and scale our paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop compelling ad scripts, visuals, and offers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing paid ads, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of AI-driven tools for creative production and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital advertising strategy to drive growth and increase ROI.
  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns across Google, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners to document current strategies and transition management in-house.
  • Create new ad concepts, scripts, and strategies tailored to different platforms.
  • Use AI tools for scripts, voiceovers, and video editing to maximize the impact of ad creative.
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver clear reports on results and improvements.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience managing paid ads across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Creative thinker who can develop compelling ad scripts, visuals, and offers.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven tools for creative production and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to improve ROAS while exploring and testing new channels.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
