We are currently seeking a highly organized and emotionally intelligent HR professional to support our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing administrative tasks and people operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff members when they have questions about schedules, time off, or compensation.
  • Coordinate shift coverage during absences, such as PTO, sick leave, or call-offs.
  • Log and enter PTO requests, track attendance, and manage staff schedules efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit payroll data through our platform (biweekly).
  • Assist on-site staff in tracking and ordering office and medical supplies for each location.
Business and Sales Support
  • Track key client renewal dates and prepare reports for employers.
General Admin Support
  • Support with job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Respond to routine internal or external inquiries.
  • Help maintain and document internal standard operating procedures.
  • Be accessible via phone, email, or text during EST business hours.
Qualifications
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Must have experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage team dynamics professionally.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records, and billing software.
