Sales and Operations Support Specialist

About the Role

This position offers a dynamic opportunity to join a leading supplier and manufacturer of premium roller shutters and home automation systems. As a Sales and Operations Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in streamlining sales operations, preparing quotes, updating orders, generating reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction across borders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Streamline sales operations by preparing quotes, updating orders, generating reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction across borders.
  • Be the go-to support hub for internal teams and clients, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Arrange and raise marketing orders and/or samples for customers, meeting their needs efficiently.
  • Follow up on sales orders promptly, update production orders, and assist with order entry as needed.
  • Prepare and update customer pricelists, draft business proposals for new opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Generate sales reports and statistics, liaise with internal and external stakeholders for seamless service, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics department for on-time deliveries, communicate customer feedback internally, and support additional administrative tasks within the Sales department.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team, with familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems.
