Visual Identity Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing designs and assets to promote and elevate our events. Your primary role will be to shape the visual identity of our events through cohesive event design concepts, effectively reflecting desired messaging and intent across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop cohesive event design concepts that reflect brand messaging.
  • Design high-quality visual assets for events, including print materials, digital platforms, and on-site promotional items.
  • Evaluate designs for optimal performance on digital and mobile platforms, ensuring compatibility with websites, social media, paid media, and email marketing.
  • Update and maintain online presence, ensuring links are working and content is up-to-date.
  • Enhance online presence by redesigning Wix website, improving navigation, and accessibility while bringing it into compliance with ADA requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in graphic design, preferably in-house at an Events company.
  • Understanding of basic design principles, including color theory, balance, contrast, readability, and ADA compliance.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Wix/Cvent Events Platform.
  • Working knowledge of Constant Contact, Canva, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, as needed.
