Key Responsibilities and Qualifications- Design interactive display visuals to engage attendees at events.
- Develop print and digital collateral (brochures, flyers, lead capture forms) that reflect the brand identity.
- Create social media ad creatives for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Design animated graphics or GIFs for digital advertising campaigns.
- Develop conversion-optimized landing page assets for lead generation.
- Compose email templates and marketing sequences with compelling visuals.
- Optimize visual elements for mobile and desktop responsiveness.
- Proven experience in marketing graphic design, requiring a portfolio submission.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other design tools.
- Knowledge of landing page builders such as HighLevel, ClickFunnels, or WordPress is preferred.
- Understanding of direct response marketing and funnel-based strategies.
- Strong typography, composition, and color theory skills.
