Marketing Coordinator Opportunity

We seek a skilled Marketing & Design Coordinator to bring our brand to life across all customer-facing channels.

This role requires someone with proven marketing and design skills who can take project briefs, run with them, and deliver high-quality work on time.

  • Create, update, and format print materials, seasonal promotional materials, and event materials.
  • Design and update catalogues using existing templates or building new layouts.
  • Produce and update business cards, email signatures, and uniform artwork.
  • Liaise with suppliers for fleet signage concepts.
  • Manage website content updates using WordPress.
  • Post social media content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Sourcer promotional gear/merchandise and liaison with suppliers.

This is a part-time role with growth potential. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar role, strong design skills, experience creating print-ready artwork, and knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without micromanagement.

A creative thinker, happy to contribute ideas, and reliable with a good internet connection are essential qualities for this role.
