Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Gathering and organizing data/information from functional owners/different sources to identify improvement opportunities in ITSM processes.
  2. Running process modeling and development activities, documenting process flows, guides, procedures, work instructions, and other communication materials.
  3. Supporting the development and execution of test scenarios to validate the functionality of processes before implementing to production.
  4. Reporting and analyzing process metrics and performance.
  5. Working with leaders and various stakeholders to ensure that process metrics and KPIs reflect performance and quality.
  6. Coordinating and performing ongoing quality checks and internal audits to ensure compliance with agreed-upon processes.
  7. Monitoring and reporting process maturity and progress throughout continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
  8. Creating and developing training plans and materials, and conducting and facilitating ITSM process training and process awareness campaigns.
