This is a high-performing role that combines technical expertise with business acumen. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers' technical and operational teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations with our APIs, webhooks, and data sync tools.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and technical requirements.
  2. Design and present tailored technical solutions, data mapping strategies, and proof-of-concepts.
  3. Demonstrate API endpoints, webhook events, authentication flows, and data formats to prospect teams.
  4. Address integration-related objections and ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
  5. Cross-functional collaboration on solution pricing, scope definition, and proposal development.
  6. Communicate and document all pre-sales technical discussions, decisions, and open questions.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, authentication methods, and webhooks.
  • Experience working with customers on system integrations involving common business or data platforms.
  • Automation and integration tool proficiency (e.g., Zapier, Workato).
  • CRM and CS platform familiarity (eg. Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Reporting/BI tool experience (e.g., Metabase, Looker) for building customer health and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
