Senior Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving eClinical technologies. This includes managing cross-functional teams, aligning with regulatory and compliance standards, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones across device provisioning, data integration, and client onboarding.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing eClinical or eCOA product implementations, own the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, regulatory, and IT support, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to drive project success.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed to ensure project continuity.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and clients, including status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to keep them informed and engaged.
