Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Senior Support Engineer.

The role involves providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring the security, integrity, and efficiency of their IT systems.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in IT systems and services, preferably with experience in cloud infrastructure, system security, and data management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be committed to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support to clients, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely manner.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and troubleshooting.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Ensure the smooth operation of cloud-based systems, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT systems and services, preferably with experience in cloud infrastructure and system security.
  • Certifications: Relevant IT certifications, such as Microsoft O365 or AWS.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
