Global Mobility Specialist

Mobility professionals are key players in ensuring seamless transitions for employees across borders, adhering to local laws and regulations. This involves improving compliance for remote work and business travel, while collaborating with vendors to provide efficient relocation logistics.
This role is responsible for providing strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery, monitoring and controlling immigration procedures and processes, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, developing in-house immigration services, preparing and submitting visa/work permit applications, and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery and manage case statuses using case management and billing systems.
- Develop and implement effective immigration procedures and processes to improve compliance and efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and deliver in-house immigration services to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit visa/work permit applications in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and resolve complex client cases through solution-based responses.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration compliance or global mobility roles.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration procedures and compliance processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak workloads.
- Excellent communication and team player skills.
- Ongoing interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws.
- Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously an advantage.
