  • Handle less complex employee relation cases, escalating more complex matters to the Regional Head HR.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of country labor laws, immigration, and regulations for the region.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can approach their work with a regional and global view, ensuring HR processes, policies, and systems are employee-friendly and easy to follow.
