We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team in J&T Express. As an Employee Relations Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring employees' compliance with company rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct case investigations; prepare documentation and recommendations for corrective/disciplinary actions; facilitate admin hearing.
- Prepare and issue disciplinary actions, contracts, labor-related notices, and papers.
- Educate staff on employee relations issues, potential liabilities, and possible courses of action.
- Monitor behavioral and attitudinal problems of employees and address appropriate actions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Sociology, Organizational Development, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
- Experience in Employee Relations or HR management.
- Leadership and industry certifications will be an advantage.
