About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact projects, drive meaningful change, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Project Management Expertise: Assist in leading end-to-end implementation of Microsoft D365 FSCM, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders (Finance, IT, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize current finance and supply chain processes to align with D365 FSCM capabilities, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure user adoption and minimal disruption during and after implementation.
  • Testing and Validation: Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure that all system functionalities meet business needs before go-live.
  • Training and Support: Develop training programs and provide ongoing support to ensure team members are proficient in using D365 FSCM.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Manage post-go-live activities, including issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of project management experience, preferably in large-scale ERP implementations, such as Microsoft D365 FSCM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in business analysis and process improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or accounting (CPA, CMA) are highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft D365 FSCM and related technologies.
