Director of Operational Excellence

The Director of Operational Excellence is responsible for developing and executing a vision for operational excellence across the organization. This role will drive measurable business results through quality improvement projects, focusing on process efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategy for operational excellence that aligns with business objectives
  • Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of operational excellence projects across the organization
  • Oversee the portfolio of improvement projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and deliver measurable financial and operational benefits
  • Personally lead and mentor critical transformation projects
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the operational excellence team and its business partners
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, operations, or related field, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification is mandatory
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional business transformation projects with documented, significant financial results
