About Our Team:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Front Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing administrative support, managing office logistics, and assisting visitors and employees.
Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, maintaining visitor registration systems, managing biometric access and taxi services, and handling office management expense reports.
Additionally, this role will involve monitoring KPI values, managing JIRA tickets, monitoring fire and safety alarms, and addressing last-minute requests from senior management.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office administration, facility management, or a similar role, and will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the flow of incoming and outgoing mail and cargo, managing office supply orders, administering the BioStar2 fingerprint access system, and supervising business-related transportation bookings.
You will also assist with event planning and management, provide office-related information and support staff as needed, supervise cleaning services, and ensure office cleanliness.
In addition, you will maintain furniture inventory, oversee space utilization, coordinate plant and gardening services, conduct regular inspections of the office, and provide general administrative support to departments within the company.
