Job Description

The Front Office Supervisor - Guest Experience will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay at Dusit Doha Hotel | Dusit Hotel & Suites - Doha. This role involves being the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Front Office Operations and Guest Relations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a relevant discipline is required, along with good English communication skills and a professional disposition.
Technical Requirements

The ideal candidate should have dynamic leadership skills and be proactive in developing the Guest Relations Section to a higher level of service. They must supervise Lobby Assistance & Guest Relations, Guest Treatment Standards, and ensure that employees are provided with a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and victimization.

  • Key Technical Requirements:
  • Represent Dusit's brand and values at all times, establishing relationships, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and promoting Thai graciousness.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and databases, both hard copy and electronic.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of Front Office Operations, Guest Relations, and Human Resources, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
