About the Role

The Marketing Programs Director at Pax8 Inc. plays a crucial part in representing the company by supporting and advocating for our multi-location partners. This position collaborates closely with the Channel Account Manager and Solution Consultant teams to ensure partner needs are met.

This role requires working in a hybrid setup, balancing remote work with occasional on-site presence in Metro Manila.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with multi-location partners, identifying their value drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with partners and the Pax8 team to understand their needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, ensuring seamless collaboration on vendor-related matters, support, PSA integration, products, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Build trust across the organization by actively engaging in collaboration and open communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least eight (8) years of experience in go-to-market (GTM) and incentive-based program management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business technology products and services, particularly in Productivity, Infrastructure, Continuity, and Security.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Influential, with the ability to implement change and standardize processes in a complex business setting.
