Job Title: Program and Administrative Officer II Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Program and Administrative Officer II Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director, coordinating projects, and facilitating partnerships.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for tracking project schedules, managing records, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the Director for new program initiatives and projects.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and activities related to the projects.
  • Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Administrative Support:
  • Monitor the Director's schedule and appointments.
  • Coordinate with the University Marketing and Communications Office to create communication campaigns.
  • Maintain records of learning development needs and program attendance.
Internal Recruitment and Internship Program Management:
  • Oversee employee recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the internship program, including coordinating with academic departments and schools.
  • Serve as a liaison between students and internal stakeholders.
