Slot Team Member

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner, greeting guests at all times.
  • Ensure machines are functioning correctly, attending minor malfunctions, and replenishing slot tickets.
  • Attach "out of order" signs to malfunctioning machines and notify technicians when necessary.
  • Proactively engage with slot customers to build positive relationships.
  • Circulate through assigned areas, responding to guest concerns and slot machine service calls in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with gaming machines, providing directions and information about upcoming events and casino services.
  • Explain game combinations and payouts accurately.
  • Attend and assist on machine pay-outs based on the department pay-out matrix.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned slot areas.
  • Safeguard company assets and gaming keys.
  • Complete sign-in sheets for radios/keys.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming and Company policies.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality within the department and/or company.
  • Maintain open communication with superiors.
  • Report potential adverse situations to a supervisor immediately.
Requirements
  • At least a college-level education.
  • Good personality and professional appearance.
  • Experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of gaming machines is desired.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Independent, responsible, and self-motivated.
