Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for performing full-cycle accounting tasks, including maintaining accounting system records, preparing journal entries, analyzing financial reports, and documenting activities through reconciliations and work papers.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements with supporting reconciliations
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in accounting, preferably in a multi-client environment
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
