Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all marketing activities, campaigns, and reporting
  • Managing vendors, freelancers, and agencies to deliver high-quality work
  • Developing and implementing paid campaigns across multiple platforms; expanding into new channels
  • Creating segmented email campaigns and direct mail programs through HubSpot
  • Designing workflows for lead nurturing and sales automation
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators: visitors, leads, cost per lead, return on ad spend
  • Conducting ongoing tests across creatives, offers, and landing pages
  • Collaborating with Sales & Operations to ensure seamless marketing-to-sales handoffs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of marketing management experience (agency or in-house)
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (marketing + sales automation)
  • Experience managing vendors/freelancers
  • Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and email campaigns
  • Data-driven, comfortable with key performance indicators and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
