We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI Specialist to transform data into actionable insights, driving informed business decisions. As an expert in data analytics and visualization, you will design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality and user satisfaction.

Position Overview:

Working closely with the Executive Team and various stakeholders, you will be responsible for designing scalable data architectures, implementing data governance practices, and optimizing data retrieval and storage. You will also collaborate with database administrators and data engineers to ensure seamless data flow and automation.

  • Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards that effectively communicate insights.
  • Design and implement data models to enable efficient data analysis and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain complex queries using SQL and other programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytical needs.
  • Analyze data sets to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Nice to have:

  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources into Power BI using Power Query.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or similar role in a BPO environment.
  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M language.
  • Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
