Real Estate Development and Sales Support Role

This part-time role involves supporting the sales development process by making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and qualifying leads.

Responsibilities
  • Make professional phone calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and CRM systems
  • Utilize effective communication skills to schedule appointments and qualify leads
  • Maintain relationships with existing contacts and update CRM databases with accurate client information
  • Post engaging content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Execute email communications using provided templates
  • Track and document all client interactions in the CRM system
Scope of Work
  • Focus on outbound calls and appointment setting
  • Limited social media posting (1-2 times per week)
  • No inbound call handling required
  • Work performed through client's CRM and systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills for phone interactions
  • Experience in real estate sales/appointment setting
  • Ability to handle objections and qualify leads
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Social media posting experience with scheduled content
  • Professional and pleasant personality
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
