**Job Description**

The London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced travel professional to join our Group Travel and Administration Team. As an Executive Global Travel and Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a high-touch executive level service to a large base of travellers, VIPs, and executive level travellers in multiple group companies across international points of sale.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Scheduling flights, ground transportation, and accommodations for senior executives and VIPs.
  • Providing travel assistance and resolving any issues that may arise during trips.
  • Managing databases to support the wider team with reporting and optimizing costs according to the LSEG group Expense Policy and Guidelines.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, including Executive Assistants and other departments, to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implementing changes to improve processes and reduce costs.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • IATA qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
