About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building and shipping SaaS products, with a proven track record of success. Production experience with AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration is also required.

  • Able to prototype and deploy features rapidly, without compromising on quality, and has a strong security mindset with expertise in handling sensitive data.
Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with our CTO to identify pain points, prioritize ROI, and establish success metrics.
  2. Develop and deploy AI-first utilities or integrate them into our existing products, measuring their impact.
  3. Troubleshoot front-end, back-end, and infrastructure issues when agents malfunction.
  4. Evaluate and implement data protection measures, ensuring zero tolerance for security regressions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and agent design, applying this knowledge to drive innovation.
