Job Title: Foreign Exchange Risk & Treasury Analyst

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage foreign currency exposure, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure cost-effective operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring currency obligations, maintaining accurate forecasts of incoming and outgoing foreign currency flows, developing hedging strategies to minimize FX risk in line with the company's risk tolerance, reconciling FX transactions, providing regular reporting on FX exposures, gains/losses, and hedging performance, and managing relationships with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • FX Risk Monitoring: Track and manage the company's foreign currency exposure across all markets and suppliers.
  • Obligation Forecasting: Maintain accurate forecasts of incoming and outgoing foreign currency flows to support cash flow planning and risk management.
  • Hedging Strategy: Develop appropriate hedging strategies (e.g., forward contracts, natural hedging) to minimize FX risk in line with the company's risk tolerance.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile FX transactions and provide regular reporting on FX exposures, gains/losses, and hedging performance.
  • Bank & Partner Management: Maintain relationships with financial institutions to ensure competitive rates and service levels.
  • Compliance: Ensure all FX activities comply with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
