Lead Caption Writer

We're seeking a skilled Lead Caption Writer to spearhead our captioning team in a high-volume, creative environment. You'll play a critical role in shaping the voice of our brand across multiple models and platforms, ensuring that every caption not only sounds authentic but drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Write High-Converting Captions
  • Craft persuasive and engaging captions for a range of content.
  • Ensure each caption reflects the unique voice and brand of the assigned model.
  • Optimize language to drive subscriptions, interactions, and fan loyalty.
Develop Model Voice Profiles
  • Partner with content leads and creators to build tone guides for each model.
  • Train team members on adapting to specific voices and maintaining consistency.
Maintain Captioning Systems & Workflows
  • Build and refine SOPs for caption creation, review, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure all captions meet quality and brand standards.
  • Monitor workflows and adjust processes for efficiency and scale.
Content Calendar & Coordination
  • Align with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions.
  • Anticipate high-traffic content periods (e.g., weekends, holidays) and prepare ahead.
Stay Trend-Savvy & Performance-Driven
  • Track trends in pop culture, slang, and content language.
  • Keep captions fresh, timely, and platform-relevant.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to assess and improve content performance.


Requirements:

Must have at least 2–3 years of professional copywriting experience in social media or creator-based platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in digital marketing, creator economies, or fan engagement industries.
