Job Title:

Senior Technical Strategist


About the Role:

This is a mid-senior level position that involves aligning technology strategy with business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering management, system architecture, and software design.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure alignment of technology strategy and business objectives.
  • Work with fellow technical strategists to define the architectural blueprint and technology roadmap.
  • Evaluate tools and technologies to reduce platform and operational costs.
  • Collaborate with other architects and engineering leads to design scalable, resilient system architectures.
  • Craft quality technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of combined experience in engineering management, system architecture, programming, and software design.
  • Experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance distributed systems (REST/microservices/Java/Spring).
  • Experience implementing architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
  • Exposure to DevOps: continuous integration, automated testing, cloud deployments.
  • Experience with data modeling and architecture.
