Accounting Support Position

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to provide support with financial management, bookkeeping, and record-keeping services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, performing routine accounting procedures, and communicating effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Perform bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and payroll account reconciliations
  • Prepare and process journal entries, invoices, and other financial documents as required
  • Communicate openly with clients regarding financial matters and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or similar software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for detail and organizational skills
