Job Summary

A seasoned accounting professional is sought to lead our finance team with expertise in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of month-end and year-end closing processes, audit support, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recording accurate and timely journal entries, preparing and reviewing account reconciliations, managing AR and AP processes, conducting detailed bank reconciliations, and supporting financial statement preparation and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record Journal Entries: Accurately and timely record journal entries to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare Reconciliations: Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage AR and AP processes, including invoice posting, payment processing, and collections monitoring.
  • Conduct Bank Reconciliations: Conduct detailed bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software: Proficiency in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
  • Experience in Month-End Closing: Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes, and audit support.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Accounting Standards Knowledge: Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
