Senior UX Designer Role Summary:

Contribute to our product strategy and enhance user interactions as a seasoned UX designer with over 5 years of experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who can provide strategic input, break down complex tasks for efficient execution, and lead user research to create an inclusive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop heuristic evaluations, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to address user needs.
  • Write effective UI copy and contribute to our design system.
  • Identify usability issues and prioritize improvements with product managers.
  • Communicate design rationales in relation to customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and lead workshops to create an inclusive user experience.
  • Deliver projects on time, articulating their impact to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in UX design, with 1-2 years at a senior level.
  • Proven experience with low-fi to hi-fi design processes.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive environment and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and expertise in Figma.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Interest or experience in sales channel integration, fulfillment, warehouse management, and/or inventory management systems.
