We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to support a senior executive in the construction industry.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong organizational skills who can manage diverse responsibilities with efficiency and finesse.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the executive's schedule, arrange appointments, and coordinate travel logistics.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, emails, and presentations to ensure clear communication.
- Assist with project timelines, collaborate with internal team members, and prepare reports on project progress.
- Plan and manage meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Handle routine administrative tasks including expense reports, file organization, record-keeping, and other ad-hoc office duties.
- 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and familiarity with presentation design tools.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
