Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to support a senior executive in the construction industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the executive's schedule, arrange appointments, and coordinate travel logistics.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, emails, and presentations to ensure clear communication.
  • Assist with project timelines, collaborate with internal team members, and prepare reports on project progress.
  • Plan and manage meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks including expense reports, file organization, record-keeping, and other ad-hoc office duties.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and familiarity with presentation design tools.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
