About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO professional to lead the planning, design, development, and launch of business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for spearheading projects, meeting with stakeholders, and identifying solutions to complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of business, financial, and operations systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Requirements Gathering: Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
  • Design and Prototyping: Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and enhancements to the business organization, overseeing Change Assessments to review incoming change requests and project changes for impact, risk, and release scheduling.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Accountancy or similar courses.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience as Delivery Lead or Project Management experience on complex enterprise projects.
