Job Title: Financial Analyst

Our team seeks a seasoned Finance Specialist to support our planning and analysis functions. This offshore role focuses on financial report development, Power BI dashboarding, Excel automation, and PowerPoint presentation updates.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in finance, exceptional technical skills in Vena, Excel, and PowerPoint, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Report Development & Administration
    • Manage and maintain financial data accuracy and timely updates of reports.
    • Develop and enhance reports to meet evolving business needs.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to financial system usage.
  • Power BI Dashboarding
    • Design, create, and manage dashboards providing key insights to stakeholders.
    • Continuously improve dashboard functionalities for enhanced reporting efficiency.
  • Excel Automation
    • Build and maintain complex models for financial consolidation, ensuring data accuracy.
    • Automate recurring reports using advanced techniques (macros, pivot tables, formulas) to streamline processes.
  • PowerPoint Presentation Updates
    • Update and refine presentations used for board meetings, executive reviews, and internal reporting.
    • Collaborate with the analysis team to create visually compelling slides effectively communicating financial insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, preferably in an analysis environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Vena for financial reporting and administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an offshore role supporting a global team.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and data integration processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
