AI Data Quality Expert Wanted

About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the development of quality assurance processes. As a subject matter expert on annotation quality, you will provide ongoing feedback, training, and support to annotators and project teams.

You will also be responsible for leading in-depth data analysis to diagnose quality issues, assess strategy effectiveness, and uncover root causes of recurring errors.

Additionally, you will manage configuration and integration of annotation and quality control tools to ensure optimal performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and refinement of quality assurance processes and SOPs.
  2. Establish and maintain quality metrics such as F1 score and inter-annotator agreement.
  3. Provide ongoing feedback, training, and support to annotators and project teams.
  4. Lead in-depth data analysis to diagnose quality issues, assess strategy effectiveness, and uncover root causes of recurring errors.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data quality assurance, including experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
