Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and monitor support interactions using established standards and AI-powered QA tools.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address them.
  • Design and lead training sessions focused on quality practices.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent rating across various issue types in all support channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and recognize documentation opportunities.
  • Develop scorecards, activities, and programs to maintain continuous progress toward achieving outstanding product and service quality.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in quality assurance or customer experience analytics roles in the Tech or SaaS sector. They should be familiar with QA platforms integrated with AI and have a strong understanding of AI/ML model evaluation frameworks and benchmarks.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in quality assurance or customer experience analytics roles in the Tech or SaaS sector.
  • Familiarity with QA platforms integrated with AI.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML model evaluation frameworks and benchmarks.
  • Comfortable interpreting AI outputs and tuning models in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Experience analyzing complex data and working knowledge of SQL is beneficial.
  • Capable of supporting geographically dispersed teams across different time zones.
