Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems, including both physical and digital files.
  • Recording information as needed, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Greeting clients, visitors, and staff members in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and performing word processing tasks as required.
  • Helping to organize and maintain office common areas, including the reception area and break room.
  • Performing general office clerk duties, such as making copies, sending faxes, and taking messages.
  • Organizing travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and reservations as necessary.
  • Coodinating events, meetings, and appointments as required.
  • Maintaining supply inventory and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Maintaining office equipment, including printers, scanners, and computers.
  • Aiding with client reception and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • A warm and friendly personality, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
