Role Summary

NIRAS Asia Manila Inc. is seeking a General Administration Specialist to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office facilities, coordinating procurement, and providing general administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized office environment, coordinate with building administration, and manage office keys.
  • Purchasing: Arrange travel bookings, manage office supplies, select and procure office equipment, and coordinate with vendors.
  • General Administration: Manage document filing, handle transportation arrangements, issue business tools to new hires, and ensure all necessary equipment is in working order.
  • Recruitment: Assist the HR Team in sourcing candidates, preparing interview assessment sheets, and supporting the hiring process.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, develop feedback systems, and implement employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Employee Benefits: Analyze employee benefits, manage member additions/deletions, and monitor employee wellness program avails.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Behavioral Science (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 4 years of HR and office administration experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Teams
  • Working knowledge of general office equipment
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, attention to detail, problem-solving, organizational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
