Marketing and Vendor Relations Manager

This role is a hands-on execution position responsible for managing the firm's marketing activities, content creation, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in content creation and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging content for the firm's social media channels, website blogs, newsletters, and client updates.
  • Design graphics, write captions, and schedule posts according to the marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate with senior executives to align content with brand voice and business objectives.
  • Work with external vendors who handle paid ads on social platforms, website updates, and reel editing.
  • Review, approve, and provide feedback on vendor deliverables.
  • E nsure all vendor-produced content is posted promptly and aligns with firm standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with senior executives.
  • Stay current with the U.S. immigration climate to produce timely, relevant content.
  • Adjust strategies based on analytics and engagement metrics.
