Manual and Automated Testing Role

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of manual and automated testing strategies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement test tools, methodologies, and scripts that drive quality and efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include creating comprehensive test plans, developing scalable automated tests, and contributing to implementing repeatable automated tests during sprints.

You will also be responsible for maintaining awareness of external environments and trends in testing to contribute to the improvement of processes and assets.

Promoting productivity through automation and best practices, coaching and training team members on manual and automated testing, adapting new ways of working, and actively participating in squad events.

This role requires a degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics or equivalent work experience, 2+ years of software testing experience (manual and automation), experience with automated testing tool Playwright, experience in both manual and automated testing, including planning, test case design, test reporting, defect tracking, estimating, and test coverage, experience working with external parties and vendors, demonstrated capability to learn and understand a business and its processes and systems in depth, experience with Selenium as well as other tools, skills with REST and SOAP web services, API testing, familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines and parallel test execution, experience testing web, mobile, and windows applications, ability to work across multiple products/platforms/squads, and regular use of a defect and test management system such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
