Job Description:

The Senior Team Lead will be responsible for providing high-level technical expertise and leadership to the Workday implementation project. This includes overseeing the integration of Workday with other systems and third-party applications, managing and troubleshooting data flows between Workday and other platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Support mass data change requests via EIB process and upkeep of security groups for the Philippines in collaboration with the Global Shared Services team.
  • Ensure compliance with Workday best practices and standards.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users on Workday functionalities and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues and escalate them to HRIT or Workday support as needed.
  • Liaise with Workday consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage system enhancements, issue resolution, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM, preferably in a Tier 2 support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, security, reporting, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
