Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF. They should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple cybersecurity compliance projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analyses and interpretations of cybersecurity regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity-focused policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with external teams to identify and mitigate potential cybersecurity risks.
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding cybersecurity compliance concerns and provide timely support.
  • Effectively manage and coordinate multiple cybersecurity compliance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills, enabling effective management of multiple projects concurrently.
  • At least three years of leadership experience managing or guiding a small team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work directly with clients in various capacities.
  • Experience working in cybersecurity compliance, including knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF frameworks.
  • Familiarity with creating and enforcing cybersecurity policies.
