Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to join our client-facing delivery team. As a key member, you will develop and implement cybersecurity protocols to support clients' security journeys. Your expertise will help vCISOs execute security assessments and technical implementation projects, ensuring seamless client security programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with vCISOs on executing security program elements and projects.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their operations and tailor security policies and procedures that fit their organization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in our security education platform.
  • Design and deploy phishing tests to clients regularly.
  • Provide audit readiness support and assist with compliance.
  • Provision, implement, and manage Vanta or similar GRC platforms for clients.
  • Develop new tools and techniques to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.
  • Document best practices for technology deployment and standardize processes.
  • Identify system misconfigurations and recommend solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve services, create innovative use cases, and drive knowledge sharing.
  • Capture key metrics and blockers to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to service offering design and development through insightful feedback.
  • Support the creation of knowledge-base articles and documentation to drive improvements in security services.
  • Engage with customers through various mediums, including tickets, chat, email, phone, and more.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Security Technologies, Information Security, Business Resilience, Technology Risk, or related fields.
  • External-facing client experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective client and internal interactions.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity domains, including Security Operations, Security Engineering, and Information Risk Management.
  • Ability to articulate secure best practices in people, processes, and technology contexts.
  • Excellent report writing skills, focusing on spelling, grammar, word usage, and summarization.
  • Strong communication skills, including summarization, commonality detection, and contextual information extraction.
  • Capacity to quickly learn and adapt security best practices across various technologies used by clientele.

Nice to Have:

  • Intermediate coding/scripting skills to automate processes and scale implementation efforts.
  • Familiarity with technical system access controls and their benefits.
  • Ability to provide on-the-job training and knowledge sharing to other team members.
