Chief User Experience Analyst

As a key member of our Mobile App Product Team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences across both Android and iOS platforms. Working collaboratively with our team, your role will involve not only measuring and analyzing user behavior but also contributing to decision-making processes that drive future app development directions.
About the Role
You will take part in an agile product development environment on a daily basis, participating in standups, brainstorming sessions, planning, and backlog refinements. Your expertise will be crucial in defining KPIs and measurement plans, creating reports, and dashboards. You will work closely with engineers to prepare measurement specifications for new features.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute A/B testing plans.
- Conduct thorough analysis and provide actionable insights to inform product decisions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, including data exports and SELECT statements.
- Strong foundation in statistics, including averages, means, quantiles, and correlation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Google Data Studio, BigQuery, or Tableau.
- Experience with LTV calculations and predictions.
- Thorough understanding of global apps and marketing ecosystems.
