About the Role

Our experienced advisors tailor financial strategies to individual needs, offering comprehensive wealth management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and lodge forms and documentation for superannuation, investments, insurance, and other financial products as directed.
  • Track implementation tasks and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Manage internal databases and update client records in line with compliance requirements.
  • Draft emails and client correspondence for adviser review.
  • Assist with report generation and other general admin tasks.
  • Liaise with providers or platforms via email or phone when necessary.
  • Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all work submitted.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance-related business completing financial and other administrative tasks.
  • A background in finance, lending, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary especially when working with loan customers.
Nice to Have:
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM and Plutosoft software is a plus.

Prior experience with Paraplanning in Australia is highly desirable.
