We're seeking a skilled developer to join our team. As a key contributor, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our mobile software.

About the Role

In this position, you'll be responsible for developing and refining our Android SDKs, collaborating with designers to implement user experience improvements, and integrating new features with other development teams.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient Android Microblink SDKs and contribute to creating demo applications that showcase its capabilities
  • Work with the design team to develop and refine UX enhancements
  • Collaborate with other development teams on the integration of new SDK functionalities
  • Participate in decision-making related to end-user experience and developer experience
  • Establish and promote good engineering practices in software development
  • Provide support to developers integrating our SDKs
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Android development
  • Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Android SDK (version 5.0 and up)
  • Able to write sustainable, modular, and efficient code
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to API design and developer experience
  • Keen interest in following the latest trends in mobile development
  • Prior experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members
