Job Opportunity

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the revenue performance of a bank by developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Contributes to overall corporate planning by participating in strategic planning activities.
    • Formulates annual operating plans in line with overall corporate goals.
    • Develops long-term and short-term profitability policies and forecasts.
  • Banking Operations Monitoring:
    • Oversees sales revenue of the Bank.
    • Approves current account, savings, special savings and time deposit applications.
    • Ensures that marketing of deposits and borrowing of funds from creditor banks are at the right timing to obtain profitability and avoid losses or liquidity risks.
    • Directs the company's sales programs and plans.
    • Monitors profitability performance relative to operating plans, targets, strategies, and forecasts.
  • Business Development:
    • Responsible for growth of market share through the recommendation and formulation of marketing strategies and plans.
    • Develops pricing and other policies to ensure efficient operation of sales activities.
    • Directs and coordinates promotion of products and services to develop new markets and increase market share.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Commerce or Business Administration degree required. A Master's Degree in Business Administration is preferred. At least five years work experience in banking with managerial capacity. Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
